This is a huge problem that I've been experiencing on a daily basis and I want to solve it. Especially with my ADHD, I have tasks, thoughts, ideas, and things I need to remember constantly floating around in my brain. Sometimes, I'll randomly think of something I wanted to get to, then inevitably forget ten minutes later. I've tried so many Note-taking Systems, and yet I always find that I eventually revert back to just writing something down in Apple Notes since it has the least amount of friction. In the end, I think the system doesn't matter as much as just reduce the barriers of getting something done. With something like Obsidian, just having a folder with all my notes is best for now. I don't need to think how I'm writing my notes. All that matters is that I'm actually writing them.
